I uploaded 16 photos but all are the same photos. How can I cancel my order?

There is no need to cancel the order. We apologize for the inconvenience. Remember to include your order number in the subject line of the email. In the email, kindly explain the situation, and our customer support team will promptly assist you. We will attach the new images you sent to your order, reprint it, and reship it to the facility, all at no additional cost to you.
